An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Centre Manager/Marketing manager to work in one of the iconic buildings in Sydney CBD.

The Role:

  • Driving performance through leadership, growth, motivation and alignment of staff, stakeholders and ensuring delivery of the business plan objectives for the centre.
  • Overseeing the full property management function to ensure maximum investment performance potential of all assets under management are met or exceeded.
  • Overseeing finance, operations, casual leasing and indirectly liaising with marketing, retail design and analyst teams to deliver business plan objectives.
  • Driving the property management of the asset to ensure both short and long term objectives are met.
  • Facilitating best practice processes in asset/property management.
  • Working closely with the General Manager to understand the assets long term investment mandate.
  • Formulate the marketing strategy for the Centre and produce an annual marketing plan. 
  • Liaise with the Assistant Marketing Manager and external agency providers as necessary to execute the plan to a high standard and within the budget.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in Centre Management
  • Previous marketing or brand management experience
  • Customer centric approach to relationships with tenants and owner representatives.
  • Solution focussed, rather than problem focussed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of annual budget processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Retail Leases Act.
  • Experience in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other software applications (MRI)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and work collaboratively in a small team environment.
