We have an exciting opportunity in the Asset Management Services department for a Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join a successful team at Knight Frank.  The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Property Accounting and Property Management systems and concepts and have excellent problem solving skills. This is a fast-paced role which requires a person with excellent organisation and communication skills. 

Core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Liaise with all stakeholders both internal and external to identify development, enhancement or modification requirements to existing property accounting systems.
  • Prepare and document change requirements.
  • Provide testing on modifications and enhancements.
  • Participate in the deployment of new system functionality. This includes conducting training (online and in person), preparing training materials and system documentation.
  • Manage development projects with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Assist in the transition of new clients or major portfolios utilising resources from within the various sectors of the business.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and participate in the development and strategies to advance the  product suite
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about all products, systems and procedures
  • Provide support to clients and system users
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to the employees in the team and other teams, to assist in their development and knowledge

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills (oral, written and visual communication skills), with the ability to tailor styles to suit the audience.
  • Excellent project management, organisational and time management skills.
  • Problem solving capabilities within a variable environment
  • Experience with various accounting and property management systems including but not limited to Management Reporting International (MRI) and Microsoft Project.
  • Degree qualified in Business, Finance or Information Technology
  • Experience in documentation / scoping  for enhancements & developments of business systems
  • Understanding of Property Accounting, Facilities Management and Property Management concepts.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and financial tools and ability to perform analytical functions
  • Excellent people management, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Facilitation and training skills.
