Due to a number of significant successes for our Knight Frank Australian business, we have a vacancy for a Mail Clerk working for a key client of Knight Frank.

This role will ensure that mail delivery is completed based on schedules and expectations; in addition to creating a safe and efficient working environment and showing excellent customer service.

The role:

  • Assist internal customers with mail enquiries
  • Internal and external mail collection and deliveries within buildings
  • Compile and provide monthly reports as required
  • Maintain electronic record of all deliveries
  • Carry out user maintenance of the franking machine; arrange service or repairs when required
  • Undertake any required security screening of mail
  • Provide relief reception as and when required
  • Under limited supervision, organise, prioritise and carry out daily operations, services and activities in a professional manner
  • Communicate with, and provide feedback to, occupants of the premises
  • Other ad-hoc duties

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Good attention to detail and has a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to multitask with organisational skills
  • Ability to take ownership of challenges or issues and takes appropriate action
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and ensure delivery of results according to customer expectations and SLAs
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures
  • Ability to maintain awareness of and be able to deal with security risks and threat/hazards to the site

Your success will hinge on your ability to provide excellent client service, create a safe and efficient working environment by utilizing best practices and work under limited supervision.
