Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Corporate Concierge to join our modern Sydney CBD office part time, five days a week. You will be working in a team with another full time Corporate Concierge on alternating shifts. Your daily working hours can be flexible so long as the front of house is manned between the hours of 7:30am to 5:30pm.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact within the business, responsible for managing all incoming calls and greeting and assisting clients, visitors and staff with their enquiries.  You will also play an important role in working with your partner Concierge and the Operations Manager to drive office policies and procedures and maintain the pristine condition of the office.

Your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our beautiful Front of House area, kitchen, and all meeting rooms
  • Handling internal/external calls and taking messages
  • Word processing and data entry
  • Event planning and arranging catering for events
  • Security pass control, arranging couriers and mail daily
  • General office administration duties
  • General cleaning of front of house, meetings rooms and kitchen throughout the day including running/emptying dishwashers

  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Proficient with MS Office packages
