The Knight Frank Student Program

The Knight Frank Student Program commenced in 1985 with the view to ‘growing our own' future property professionals and to provide Knight Frank with opportunities to employ qualified and experienced graduates.

What you can expect from the Student Program

The program runs between February and October each year and is open to students completing their final year of tertiary study. 

Working 3 days per week, you will rotate through a number of key divisions of the business: Property Management, Office Leasing, Valuations and Commercial/Institutional/Industrial & Residential Agency. 

You will have a Mentor in each area who will provide supervision as well as regular two-way feedback opportunities. A daily rate is paid, plus leave and superannuation. These positions are based in our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices with opportunities to work in our other locations.

On a day-to-day basis you may be involved in site visits, client meetings, property research, assisting with auction campaigns, managing the property database system, tenant insurances, reviewing leases, measuring from plans and contributing to valuation reports.

Education and Skills

  • Completing final year of your qualification in 2019
  • Academic achievement
  • Agent Representative Certificate, desirable
  • High degree of computer literacy, in particular MS Office skills

To be eligible for our program, you must be a permanent resident of Australia.
