We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Executive in residential to work on an amazing residential project; selling apartments and townhouses across Melbourne.  This development is one of the most prestigious residential projects across Melbourne.

You will sell exclusive apartments off the plan through establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with current, past and potential clients.  Reporting to the Project Director, you will also provide advice and support in executing the sales strategy for this project.

The Role:

  • Service  all enquires received through marketing within 2 hours of receiving
  • Identify and secure Expression of Interest ‘EOI' - Sales Advices and buyer's interest on each project
  • Advise on key marketing materials and campaigns for key markets
  • Identify key target markets and formulate marketing strategy and research
  • Advise on product mix and pricing
  • Create project awareness within the market demographic
  • Convert opportunities and leads to sales and sales to exchange
  • Build strong relationships with buyers to secure sales and repeat business
  • Maintain understanding of Melbourne market and pricing
  • Prospecting and database management through Knight Frank CRM system and updating the CRM system regularly by keep accurate record of all buyer activity
  • Attendance to all display suites including launches, VIP sales events and networking functions
  • Attendance to the weekly sales meeting to report to management accurate information regarding activity during the week including sales figures, the status of active contracts, number of walk-ins, buyers objection, project's competitors activity and identify new creative ideas to sell the project
  • Compliance with Victorian legislation   

The Person:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Exceptional buyer handling skills particularly for
  • Extensive sales experience in a residential project marketing role, at least 2 years
  • Agents Representative Certificate or License
  • Experience selling property in the Melbourne market (preferred) or in high end residential developments
  • Excellent negotiation and closing sales skills
  • A proven sales track record and reputation
  • A professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to develop strong relationships
  • Exemplary customer service focus
  • Self-driven and motivated with the ability to maximise leads.
