We have a new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator with creative management experience and excellent written communication.  This fast-paced, busy role provides marketing and sales support to the Commercial Sales team by producing submissions and creating the marketing program to enable the team to focus on sales and client liaison.

You will work closely with the Agent to collect relevant data, research properties and attend client meetings in order to gather all the required information to create bespoke creative submissions for campaign proposals and Information Memorandums (IMs) that will assist your team to win new business.  

The Role:

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Preparation of major client submissions and business development activities
  • Project manage proposals & marketing campaigns, assisting with pitches
  • Organisation of international roadshows and local events
  • Creations of eDM's and monthly newsletters
  • Tracking and analysing response rates and subscriptions list for eDM's
  • Financial management of marketing campaign budgets
  • Building relationships with service line leaders
  • Drive marketing innovation within the team including digital, communication trends, reporting and insights etc.
  • Project marketing, rebranding and repositioning campaigns
  • Assist with PR, client engagement and thought leadership
  • Increasing the profiles of the operatives

The Person:

To be successful, you will possess the following experience and qualifications.

  • Intermediate skills in the Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
  • Qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Business
  • At least 3 years' proven and recent experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage multi-layered projects, meet tight deadlines and show initiative
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high use of initiative & creativity
  • Real estate knowledge and experience is desired, but not necessary
