The Knight Frank Student Program
The Knight Frank Student Program commenced in 1985 with the view to ‘growing our own' future property professionals and to provide Knight Frank with opportunities to employ qualified and experienced graduates. Originally starting in Victoria, the program operates in New South Wales and Queensland, and 2019 will be the first year for Western Australia.

What you can expect from the Student Program
The program runs between February and October each year and is open to students completing their final year of tertiary study.
Working 3 days per week, you will rotate through a number of key divisions of the business: Asset Management Services, Capital Markets, Residential, Office Leasing, Industrial and Valuations.
You will have a Mentor in each area who will provide supervision as well as regular two-way feedback opportunities. This is a paid position including leave and superannuation.
On a day-to-day basis you may be involved in site visits, client meetings, property research, assisting with auction campaigns, managing the property database system, tenant insurances, reviewing leases, measuring from plans and contributing to valuation reports.
Education and Skills
To be eligible for our program, you must be a permanent resident of Australia and in your final year of study in 2019.
