About the Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Department Coordinator to join our Industrial Sales and Leasing team based at our new office.  Supporting 5 Agents, you will contribute to the success of the team by providing high quality documentation and support for the sale or leasing of a property as well as general administration.

This role will suit someone who likes a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail and excellent PC skills. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support including;

  • Preparation of property submissions (including formatting, inserting pictures etc) and e-brochures using custom-made MS Word templates
  • Coordination of mail outs
  • Maintaining property websites
  • Managing the Client Relationship Management database
  • Monitor and manage the team's finance functions including process invoices and expense reimbursements
  • Draft, review and prepare correspondence, presentations and other documentation
  • Coordinate team meetings including circulating invitations, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • General administrative support to the team so they can focus on sales

About You:

With a flexible approach to work, you will be thorough and process-driven.  To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate solid experience in a similar role.   Essential skills and attributes include:

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office especially MS Word
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines from varying stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Client-focused and responsive
  • Process-driven; and
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both external clients and internal staff.
