This is an entry level position.  We are looking for an IT support/analyst that has experience in problem solving user issues for our software products.

The prime focus of the role is the daily maintenance/monitoring and rectification of issues in the property management and accounting applications.  

The role also has a significant focus on T-SQL querying and data analysis. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting and development of interfaces and processes, producing technical documentation, change management and general Information Technology administration duties.

Your role:

  • Actively manage  issues and problems related to the property management applications as required
  • Maintain health checks and monitoring systems for internal systems
  • Proactively identify systems and process improvements to produce positive, tangible impacts to IT service delivery and operations

What we look for:

  • Minimum of 2 year's demonstrable experience working with enterprise database systems
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and a can do attitude
  • Intermediate T-SQL ability and SQL Database experience
  • Experience in accounting or property is favourable
