We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Corporate Concierge for our modern Brisbane office. You will be working in a team with another Corporate Concierge to ensure that our visitors and staff receive the absolute best in service and administrative support.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact within the business, responsible for managing all incoming calls and greeting and assisting clients, visitors and staff with their enquiries.  You will also play an important role in working with your partner Concierge and the Operations Director to drive the office administration function and ensure policies and procedures are being followed.

Your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our beautiful Front of House area, kitchen, and all meeting rooms throughout the day
  • Welcoming visitors to the office, and providing coffee/tea/refreshments
  • Updating organisational charts, licence registry spreadsheets and phone directories
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new staff
  • Organising couriers and distributing the mail daily
  • Word processing and data entry
  • Event planning and arranging catering for events
  • Security pass control and staff travel management
  • Logging maintenance requests
  • Handling internal/external calls and taking messages
  • General office administration duties

The Person

This position will suit a professional who strives to exceed expectations, has initiative, is confident and is customer/client-oriented. The successful candidate will also be:

  • A great problem-solver
  • Well-presented and confident with a clear communication style
  • Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Friendly and a real team player
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Proficient with MS Office packages
  • Have previous experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Office Manager or similar
