This exciting career opportunity would suit an experienced IT support analyst with 2 years' experience. Located in our North Sydney office, you will join a national support team, covering the length and breadth of the country.

The Role:

  • Receiving, logging and handling incoming service calls and tickets on our busy Helpdesk
  • Taking ownership of raised service tickets and ensuring there is clear professional communication throughout the process and a resolution is delivered in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting all 1st level calls over the phone and with remote access
  • Liaising with senior IT staff to resolve more complex IT issues
  • Staff account administration within Active Directory and our core applications
  • Understanding of basic network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Actively contribute to IT projects, owning tasks or work packages assigned.
  • Conducting health checks and monitoring of systems for Knight Frank National and site specific infrastructures. (Solarwinds knowledge advantageous)
  • Identification and implementation of permanent solutions and processes to improve National Service Delivery.
  • Oversee and control hardware lifecycle changes, such as laptop deployments (SCCM end user experience advantageous)
  • Accurate recording of details for all incidents and service requests (must have knowledge of and have used ticketing systems)
  • Complete all Knight Frank compliance training modules
  • Promote awareness of Information Security issues (must have knowledge of antispam and proxy platforms)
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal customers.

This role will be fast paced, stimulating and challenging. You will be providing National IT support for Knight Frank while ensuring customers' expectations are met, exceeded or escalated in a timely and efficient manner.

Approximately 80% of this role will be providing telephone and email support. 20% will be face to face.

The Person:

  • You will have two years' experience within a technical Service Desk environment.

 In addition, you should possess:

  • Relevant IT qualifications.
  • ITIL experience advantageous.
  • A strong customer service ethic, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with your client group.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, highly organised and effectively solve problems.
  • Exceptional computer hardware and software experience.
  • Proven ability to understand and troubleshoot computer networking issues.
  • A thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Conscientious and courteous
  • Attentive to detail
