An exciting role has become available for an enthusiastic Property Administrator in our Asset Management Services team. As a Property Administrator you will support a team of professionals who are driven to get the best results from each day. Through a variety of administrative, reporting and finance related duties; you will be conduit to success in this fast paced and challenging role.

The Role:

  • Assisting with preparation of monthly reports
  • Assisting tenants with general Lease enquiries
  • Assisting Property Manager's with arrears monitoring across all properties
  • Invoice management
  • Reviewing and ensuring registers, insurance etc., are up to date.
  • Collating data for sustainability benchmarks and valuations
  • Preparing documents for meetings and taking meetings
  • Diarising and completing rent reviews
  • Issuing letters
  • Assisting Property Manager's in collating market information & preparing a recommendation for new rent
  • Preparing new property and new lease forms, as well as other lease maintenance forms
  • Preparing and issuing welcome packs, red books etc. for Property Managers
  • Updating of Lease documentation, floors plans, photographs etc.
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Liaising with utility companies and contractors

The Person:

  • Experience in administration management, property industry related experience would be an advantage          
  • Possesses competent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy proactively supporting executives in their day to day tasks
  • Possess superior organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage with the team
  • Be a team player
