The Role

Do you love a busy role? We are looking for an energetic Assistant Property Manager to join our small but growing Residential team where you'll have lots of opportunities to learn. 

Managing your own portfolio of properties, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun, organised and corporate environment with progression.  You will be responsible for all property tasks from the tenant moving in through to vacate, including: 

  • Manage client relationships
  • Conduct condition reports and routine inspections.
  • Manage maintenance issues
  • Rental Arrears
  • Execute lease and rent reviews
  • Answer queries promptly as required
  • Onboarding of new buildings - some limited leasing may be required.
  • Assist Leasing Executive as required in leasing vacant properties.

The Person

You may have experience as an Assistant Property Manager or have worked in a property support role looking to take the next step.  Your work style will be thorough and your communication skills professional yet friendly.  In addition, you will have:

  • An Agent's Representative Certificate
  • A valid driver's license plus a reliable and presentable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional presentation
  • High level of organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to problem solve and stay calm under pressure
