We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PR & Communications professional to drive and develop the PR and communication strategy for Knight Frank. With excellent written and interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will be highly organised and deadline-driven. Reporting directly to the Partner, Head of Marketing, we are seeking an enthusiastic team player who is able to drive awareness of the firm's full-service offering across both commercial and residential property.


The Role:  

  • Drive the development and execution of the national PR & Communications strategy
  • Write and distribute news releases to press and online targets
  • Pitch newsworthy and innovative editorial angles to drive coverage across short & long lead media channels.
  • Proactively seek wins and appointment stories from Knight Frank Operatives
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key journalists from national and metropolitan press, as well as broadcast and online media
  • Deliver regular media training for key spokespeople to ensure messages are on-brand and risk of reputational damage is minimised.
  • Lead the crisis communication procedure to ensure control of message and mitigation of damage to the brand's reputation
  • Work with the local and global Research and PR teams to launch global, national and local research to media
  • In collaboration with the corporate marketing team, contribute to and drive the social media strategy
  • Manage and oversee network of freelance PRs


The Person:

To be successful, you will possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in PR or Communications role
  • Competent across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of PR & Communications landscape
  • Understanding and application of social media trends and opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills



  • Tertiary qualified in Media / Marketing / Communications
  • Experience in media training
  • Experience in crisis management
  • Existing relationships with key property journalists
