Due to recent growth in our business and a key client appointment, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Lease Administrator to join our Accounting and Business Solutions team, based in Melbourne CBD. This exciting new role will conduct the Lease Administration and Accounts Receivable functions for a client portfolio and provide support for other portfolios as and when required.


 Core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Establish yourself as the point of contact for stakeholder queries including property managers and accountants
  • Perform the Lease Administration/AR function for the allocated portfolios. This includes establishing new properties, entering and amending property/lease information, processing property related charges, invoices and receipts
  • Reconciliation of tenant accounts
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as required
  • Coordinate the monthly financial reporting timetable, ensuring adherence to deadlines.



The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a retail lease administration role (Essential)
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in the property industry
  • Proficiency and experience in MRI Software
  • You will be flexible, adaptable, a team player with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
  • Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act (Highly Desirable).
