We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with excellent presentation and people engagement skills to work closely with hiring managers and candidates. This role sits within the wider HR team and reports our most senior Business Partner to ensure strong alignment to line managers.  We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with a proven track record of successfully managing end to end recruitment activities and developing solutions to grow talent pools.


The Role:  

  • Lead end to end recruitment process for all roles across Australia
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates on skills, competencies and cultural fit across all service lines, and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Candidate management aligned with our ambition to be a “best employer”
  • Utilise a range of direct candidate sourcing methods, including LinkedIn
  • Manage and monitor recruitment spend and time to fill
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and selection criteria, conduct interviews and coach them on best practice and market trends
  • Support HR Business Partners on strategic and senior roles as required
  • Lead our student program recruitment activities nationally
  • Participate in wider HR team strategic projects
  • Provide ideas to improve existing manual processes through new tools, process enhancements and working with the team to resolve issues


The Person:

To be successful, you will possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in a specialist recruitment role
  • Proven success in recruiting for a diverse range of roles from administration to specialist, professional roles
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand an organisation and roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working with a geographically dispersed client group
  • Proven success in using social media and other technologies to source candidates and manage talent pipelines



  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Commerce / Business, Psychology or related
  • Experience in property / sales / professional services industries
  • In-house recruitment experience
  • Experience working with a recruitment management system
