Based in one of the most iconic buildings in the Sydney CBD, this role is pivotal to the smooth running of this beautiful commercial asset. Providing lease administration support for this premium building, and office administration to the Commercial Manager and a small team, this fast-paced role requires someone with lots of energy, drive and enthusiasm.


With the skills to prioritise a busy workload and the ability to build strong relationships across the retailers, office tenants and Knight Frank stakeholders, this is an exciting chance to demonstrate your skills in a vibrant environment. 


The Role:

Some of the key duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Lease administration duties including maintaining leases, generating invoices and reconciling accounts
  • Liaising with and responding to queries from retailers and tenants and professionally representing Knight Frank
  • Office management including the procurement of supplies, equipment and coordination of the facilities
  • Organisation of internal and external meetings including onsite training and events, sending invites, scheduling of attendees and catering
  • Building management support, assisting with scheduled audits, ensuring compliance with WHS
  • Project management including administrative assistance with tenders and contracts


The Person:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and a can-do attitude  
  • Highly organised, deadline driven, and team focused
  • Seek opportunities to contribute, innovate and add value
  • Enjoy proactively supporting the team in their day to day tasks
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Lease administration experience would be an advantage
