About the Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team supporting campaigns in the real estate industry.  This fast paced and challenging role will suit a person who enjoys a dynamic, deadline driven-environment and has excellent PC skills. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of marketing activities including administrative support to the Agency team in our Adelaide office and also work with the national department heads. Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will include;


  • Develop professional and creative artwork and marketing material for advertising, presentations, events and ad hoc projects, maintaining the Knight Frank brand
  • Design and implementation of E-marketing processes, and coordination of mail outs
  • Branding and digital marketing skills
  • Social media market updates
  • Prepare and update Agent Profile documents
  • Assist agents to write editorials for local papers and coordinate press releases with the National PR Director
  • Prepare media releases to increase the company's presence and profile in the industry
  • Creating templates and preparing property submissions, proposals and presentations
  • Maintaining property websites
  • Managing the Client Relationship Management database
  • General administrative support to the team
  • Opportunity to be creative
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe In-Design is a must. 


About You:

To be successful in this position you must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role.  Your skills and attributes will include:


  • Intermediate Indesign, a must!
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office
  • A Marketing qualification or equivalent experience in a marketing/advertising role
  • Experience in the Property Industry, ideal
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and the ability to take ownership of your work
  • Client-focused and responsive
  • Strong attention to detail; and
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both external clients and internal staff.


With your proactive approach and resilient, flexible attitude, you will be comfortable managing multiple deadlines and contributing to the success of the team.
