We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator with excellent communication and people skills.  As a part of the HR team you will be exposed to various areas of HR within the property sector.  Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent, Performance and Reward, we are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with strong HR administration skills, attention to details and time management skills. This role is ideal for someone who wants to progress their career in HR.

The Role:  

  • Managing HR administration around employee life cycle
  • Managing the coordination of Knight Frank's employee recognition program
  • Managing new employee documentation including following-up outstanding documents
  • Providing support to the HR Business Partners
  • Providing support in recruitment when required
  • Liaising with wider business such as people managers, Payroll and IT
  • Tracking and updating employee changes
  • Invoicing and expense reporting
  • Provide support in HR projects and programs
  • Other ad hoc duties 

The Person:

To be successful you will possess the following experience, qualifications and attributes: 

Mandatory

  • Bachelor degree or. higher in HR, Psychology or. related discipline
  • At least 12 months in a similar role
  • Experience working with HR processes and systems and the ability to learn new ones quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional internal customer service skills
  • Enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment with variety
  • Quick learner and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with other team members
  • MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and manage own time
