About the Role:


We have a rare opportunity Graduate Valuer to join our team based in our Perth office.  This fast paced and challenging role will suit a graduate who wants to build their career in valuation and the property industry.  You will directly contribute to the success of the team by:

  • Assisting the Valuations team with valuation assessments.
  • Assisting with inspection of commercial properties
  • Assessing current market values for properties.
  • Maintaining commercial property market awareness.
  • Liaise directly with external valuers in respect of commercial valuers.
  • Conducting title searches
  • Maintaining the Valuations database
  • Developing feasibility models
  • Extracting and analysing comparable sales evidence


About You:


To be successful in this position you must have a passion for property and valuation.  You will be self-driven, have a proactive style of work and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.  In addition, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Valuation
  • Working towards becoming a Licenced Valuer (WA) with API (CPV) or. corporate membership of RICS
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Excellent report-writing skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Drivers licence and reliable car
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail; and
  • Ability to build relationships with both external clients and internal staff.
