The Role

At Knight Frank we want to create a holistic business for. our clients and employees.  We have an exciting opportunity for. a highly driven individual with sales industry experience to join our high performing Capital Markets team.

You will focus on providing analytical expertise to support the Institutional Sales team regarding the investment potential of land and property, in particular CBD office assets, and assessing the value of land and property to both the vendor. and potential purchasers.

This role works closely across all part of the business including Valuations & Advisory, Asset Management Services, Research & Consulting and Leasing to best advice clients on investment value and property portfolio strategy.

The Person     

You will have a proven track record of undertaking detailed financial analysis of assets, including bespoke scenario modelling for. vendors and prospective purchasers, and providing up-to-date market research in relation to specific property markets, sectors and on emerging trends for. the purposes of providing due diligence and supporting the team's transaction process.

Finally, the successful candidate will also have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property and Financial Analysis/ Valuations
  • At least 5 years property industry and valuations experience
  • Experience in data collection
  • Proficient cash flow modelling
  • Critical thinking and willingness to challenge existing ideas
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Confident with strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Business analysis skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work within a busy, high performing team environment
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of valuation, property market dynamics and commercial property sales process (local knowledge will be highly valued)
