Our Asset Management Services Team is regarded as a leader in the provision of property management services to some of Australia's most respected institutional and corporate clients. 


Your success will hinge on your ability to provide superior client service, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieve set objectives. A successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills. 


The Role:

  • Provide professional property management services to multiple private clients across a mixed portfolio of properties.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff and clients
  • Manage/facilitate the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients.
  • Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.  


The Person:

  • Experience managing an allocated commercial property portfolio
  • Outcome focused with an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (highly desirable)
  • Current real estate licence/certificate of registration (essential)
  • Experience in preparing budgets and comprehensive reports.

You will be involved in identifying and resolving Property Management issues and ensuring "best practice" property management strategies are implemented and adhered to, whilst capitalising on opportunities to maximise asset performance.
