An exciting role has become available for. a highly organised and dedicated Department Coordinator. to sit within our Industrial team.  


As a Department Coordinator. you will support a team of professionals who are driven to get the best results from each day. This role is responsible for. providing strategic administrative support to the Industrial team, assisting with business development activities, monitoring and managing team's finance functions and providing support to Partners.  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is a must along with excellent Microsoft word and excel, this essential role will see no two days the same. 


The Role:

  • Providing administrative and PA support to the Industrial team.
  • Draft, review and prepare correspondence, forecasts, presentations and other documentation
  • Process invoices for. sundry fees and reimbursement
  • Prepare submissions and responses to tender in conjunction with the Director. responsible
  • Organise conferences, including identifying venues, organising entertainment & travel arrangements
  • Diary management for. Partners as required
  • General Office Management
  • Coordinate team meetings including circulating invitations, preparing agenda, organising catering and taking minutes
  • Creating and disseminate electronic direct mail (EDM) materials using Campaign Breeze
  • Assisting team with the preparation of submissions and pitch documentation for. all potential new appointments
  • Assisting with the coordination of marketing campaigns for. properties using Uploader, Campaign Breeze, Campaign Manager, InDesign, CRM etc
  • Generating marketing campaign estimates and invoices using Knight Frank Campaign Manager system
  • Modifying existing proposal / submission / brochure templates by Creative Services using Adobe InDesign


The Person:

  • Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar administration or. PA role providing support to a team
  • Possess Advanced MS Office and Outlook skills
  • Strong communications skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive and strong use of initiative
