The prime focus of the role is working within the Applications Development team, your main responsibilities will be the support, enhancement, design, implementation and analysis of the organization's business systems. This will include developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, CRM 2011 and Dynamics GP (Great Plains).


You will be expected to deliver, and document work completed, whilst following the coding and design standards as provided by Knight Frank.


Your role:

  • Work with Information Technology and relevant Knight Frank internal teams to ensure that our primary business applications including CRM, GP and other application are implemented to industry best practice standards
  • Understand and modify/design code in C#.NET, SQL, SSRS, CRM Extensions Plugins and workflows, actions and CRM web resources.
  • Design, analysis, and implementation of business applications.
  • Complete upgrades and implement new modules.
  • Work closely with required teams to ensure requirements are delivered Monitor all database systems nationally and actively managed issues
  • Providing application support when required.
  • Proactively identify systems and process improvements to produce positive, tangible impacts to IT service delivery and operations
  • Development, testing and implementation of practices and standards.


What we look for: 

  • Minimum of 5 year's demonstrable experience supporting and maintaining enterprise systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Conceptual and Analytical skills (lateral problem-solving skills, highly innovative
  • Minimum 3 plus years commercial experience with MS CRM SDK and customisations
  • Experience in software development and design (C#.Net, MSSQL,, SSRS Reports, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, AJAX, XML and Web Services)
  • Extensive experience supporting, configuring, extending (through supported mechanisms), maintaining and integrating to recent versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 and CRM 2011.
  • Experience in CRM deployment, automation and release management
  • Experience with SQL and stored procedure development.



  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
  • Experience with CRM upgrades
