We are seeking a passionate Sustainability Analyst to join our Asset Management Services team. As Sustainability Analyst, you will work with the Knight Frank Sustainability Team to undertake building environmental ratings and surveys, and to implement environmental improvement projects and programs.


The Role:

  • Gather and analyse building documentation and utility consumption data from relevant sources, which will include building site visits
  • Organise and store this data in Knight Frank Systems
  • Input relevant data into environmental management data bases and software
  • Assist with the preparation of environmental audit documents, reports and proposals.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Knight Frank clients, to resolve issues and deliver outcomes.


The Person:

You will have:

  • A passion for environmental sustainability;
  • A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, property, environment, finance or other relevant technical field
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including excellent attention to detail and proficiency with MS Excel;
  • An understanding of energy, water and waste terminology and measurement units;
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
  • The ability to deliver outcomes on schedule
  • The ability to learn quickly and take personal initiative.
