We have an exciting newly developed position for a dynamic Sales Executive in our Project Marketing Team.  The position is responsible for selling off plan and established apartments and town houses on the Gold Coast through an on-site display office to both owner occupiers and local investors. You will be provided with all the tools you need to succeed and would be working on some of the best residential projects on the Gold Coast.  You will also receive buyer enquiries, world class marketing material, the Knight Frank brand and ongoing training and support from management.


The Role:

  • Sales of established and off plan town houses and medium to high rise apartment developments.
  • Strong understanding of online communication
  • Excellent telephone manner and telephone selling skills
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Attend all enquiries - in person, telephone and email
  • Deliver sales presentations using in house marketing collateral and sales tools
  • Convert enquiries and leads to sales and sales to exchange
  • Build strong relationships with buyers to secure sales and repeat business
  • Develop relationships with local licenced real estate agents to secure third party referral sales
  • Maintain understanding of Gold Coast market and demographics
  • Prospecting and database management through Knight Frank CRM system and updating the CRM system regularly by keep accurate record of all buyer activity and prospect interactions
  • Attend all display suite VIP sales events and networking functions
  • Attendance to the weekly sales meeting to report to management accurate information regarding activity during the week including sales figures, the status of active contracts, number of walk-ins, buyer objections, competing projects activity and identify new creative ideas to sell the project
  • Compliance with QLD licencing to sell real estate in QLD


The Person:

  • While previous experience will be an advantage it is not essential to candidates demonstrating a background in sales and/ or management with a strong passion for customer service and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Full training and support will be provided
