Knight Frank has an exciting opportunity for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join the Occupier Services team in Sydney, providing high quality advice, strategy and representation to corporate occupier clients in an industrial setting.  This is a great opportunity to expand your experience beyond a single market in a state and potentially national role, over time.


We are seeking a highly motivated property professional that can demonstrate a solid track record providing tenant representation and advice within an industrial setting.


 The role:

  • Work closely with industrial clients to deliver excellent, practical, and commercially minded tenant representation services whilst being guided by a high level of trust, integrity, teamwork and professionalism.
  • Develop new business including initiating revenue generating activities and plans to target new clients, with a primary focus on driving growth for the New South Wales business.
  • Work with the Occupier Services team nationally to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the Business Plan.
  • Work collaboratively across the Knight Frank business, in particular the Knight Frank Industrial Logistics team, to introduce potential national clients to other business lines, where possible.


Key Selection Criteria:

  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Degree qualified in Property (preferred)
  • High attention to detail with an analytical skillset and an ability to work well in a team
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle required for travel to site inspections across metropolitan Sydney
