An exciting role has become available for a highly organised, dynamic, enthusiastic and dedicated Department Coordinator, which will sit in our Asset Management Services team.  As a Department Coordinator you will support a team of professionals who are driven to get the best results from each day. 


This role is responsible for providing strategic administrative support to the National team, assisting with business development activities, monitoring and managing the team's finance functions.  You will require strong communication skills, both written and verbal is a must along with excellent Microsoft word and excel knowledge. This essential role will see no two days the same. 


The Role

  • Providing administrative and PA support to the National Operations Manager and boarder national team;
  • Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation;
  • Process invoices, account management and monthly expense reimbursements;
  • Provide assistance with the team travel requirements including hotel, flights, car hire bookings;
  • Maintain team's calendars, organise meetings and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements ensuring clients are made aware of schedules and appointments where necessary;
  • Provide assistance to managers for on-boarding and off-boarding of new employees;
  • Maintain the Facilities Management training register


The Person

  • Possesses demonstrable experience in a similar administration or PA role providing support to a team or senior manager
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word and Excel)
  • Strong communications skills; written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive and strong use of initiative
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
