We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Accountant to join our Client Financial Services team to manage a small portfolio of clients, including an ASX listed key client. This role will suit candidates that have a background in Auditing or Client Service who have had exposure to influencing and providing solutions to their stakeholders.


As part of this established and high performing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's property accounting requirements are delivered, and their service expectations are met and exceeded. 


Core responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Deliver effective and consistent financial management of client portfolios
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that their contracted services are being delivered
  • Review and analyse financial results of client portfolios
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and act as a first point of contact for any queries
  • Review information systems and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the client portfolio
  • Provide training on our accounting systems and processes to clients and property managers
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant policies, processes, guidelines and standards 
  • Identify and implement necessary process change where improvement opportunities exist


The successful candidate will have:

  • Accounting experience with CPA/CA qualification
  • Experience with various accounting systems
  • Management Reporting International (MRI) an advantage
  • Strong client service focus and driven to meet deadlines
  • Ability to think innovatively and find solutions
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills including training and presentation skills
  • Strong planning skills including project management skills
