A key supportive/administrative role has become available for a proactive and positive individual within our Operations team.

 

Based in our Sydney CBD office, you will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of operational administrative duties in New South Wales. To ensure that positive relationships are maintained both internally and externally, you will be required to perform all duties undertaken to a high standard.

 

Key tasks:

  • Ensure the Sydney CBD office runs smoothly and is maintained to a high professional standard
  • Accurately archiving and maintaining the storage of documents and archival boxes
  • Coordinate the ordering, distribution and collection of stationery items, newspapers and document security bins
  • Coordinate in-house catering of food and beverages for both client and staff functions
  • Assist with the IT set up of new and departing employees, as well as providing support for laptops, Skype and photocopier queries as requested
  • Provide daily lunch cover for Concierge by undertaking their duties, such as answering and processing both internal and external calls, greet clients, and maintain presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Support the Operations Manager with a broad range of tasks including WHS/Compliance requirements and staff travel bookings
  • Ensuring positive relationships are maintained both internally and externally 

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in similar role is required
  • Has an intermediate competency in Microsoft Packages
  • IT savvy and has a good understanding of AV support, Wi-Fi and mobile devices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A high level of computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle conflicting priorities whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Strong administration capabilities
  • Ability to prioritise and juggle a variety of tasks throughout the day
  • Proven ability to work in a team and to take responsibility
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to take direction and communicate with various staff each day
  • Currently holds a First Aid certificate (desirable)
  • Has previously undertaken a tertiary qualification (desirable)
