The role:

We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join us on a 6 Month Contract. The ideal candidate will provide Property Administration assistance across an assigned portfolio.  This role supports Property Managers & Facilities Managers by ensuring the integrity of property information, whilst efficiently and effectively processing Property Management Accounting transactions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Generally assisting the management team in all areas of the day to day running and administration of the buildings
  • Assisting with the arranging of routine service and repair callouts under direction of Facilities Manager.
  • Support the implementation of building management strategies to deliver leading edge service delivery solutions
  • Supports the maintenance of Helpdesk/Vision database relating to tenant and contractor information i.e. compliance, risk management, service contracts, site documentation and records.
  • General word processing, spreadsheet creation & updating, filing, photocopying, faxing, answering tenant phone queries, mail-outs etc.
  • Attend tenant and contractor meetings, if required, take and type minutes

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to build good rapport with internal and external stakeholders
