The role:

We are looking for someone with exceptional time management and organisational skills to join our team as an Administration Assistant to be based in Geelong.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Centre Management team to ensure everything is operating smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation with minimal instruction
  • Prepare and process internal and external accounts
  • Coordinate all maintenance works by issuing work orders
  • Provide general administrative assistance
  • Prepare monthly expense reconciliations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Manager, onsite team and the National Team
  • Manage invoice distribution and account management
  • Maintain team's calendars, organise meetings and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements

Who are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years within a similar administration or PA role providing support to a team or senior individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pro-active and strong use of initiative
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
  • Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy at all times
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Intermediate to Advanced in Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
