The role:

We have a great opportunity for a motivated and passionate candidate to join our Sydney Agency team across Capital Markets and Office Leasing as a Senior Property Analyst.

This role will foster your development in the property industry, keep you abreast of market activity and give you scope to really take ownership and make it your own.

You will provide support to our team of sales & leasing operatives with a focus on property and sales analysis including database management, and sourcing & analysing information from a range of channels, to assisting with the coordination of submissions and campaigns, presentations to Clients; you can be sure no two days will be the same! 

Key tasks:

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Lead a team of Analysts - proactively collaborate across the country to provide the agency team with co-ordinated and consistent market intel and methodology.
  • Effective CRM management
  • Coordinating communications between departments, clients, external agencies and suppliers
  • Conducting research, financial & market analysis to support the transaction processes
  • Assisting with the coordination of sales and leasing campaigns including submissions, preparation of marketing material, reports and presentations
  • Interpreting tenancy schedules
  • Building Forbury models/DCF's
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and inspections, take minutes and action points in regards to the appointments if required.
  • Assist in the preparation of submissions/pitches for new appointments
  • Prepare promotional material, reports and presentations
  • Developing and implementing leasing proposals for commercial office property
  • Ad hoc analytical requests

Who we are looking for?

Need to have a logical mind, be able to pre-empt information required through knowledge of property and the sales and leasing process and have excellent communication skills.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in the property industry, either complete or near completion
  • Property experience is essential
  • Intermediate research and analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • The ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Flexibility and the willingness to work as part of a high-performance team
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines
  • Sydney CBD based

A genuine interest in the property industry is a must, but above all you should be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and have a desire to contribute to the success of the business.
