The role:

Are you passionate about being the face of an organisation? Enjoy being a great host, welcoming people with enthusiasm and maintaining the office presentation?  We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Corporate Concierge to join our modern Adelaide CBD office.

You will be the first point of contact within the business, responsible for managing all incoming calls and greeting and assisting clients, visitors and employees with their enquiries.  You will also play an important role in working with the Operations Manager to drive office policies and procedures and maintain the pristine condition of the office.

Key tasks:

  • Welcoming visitors to the office, and providing coffee/tea/refreshments
  • Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our Front of House area, kitchen, and all meeting rooms throughout the day
  • Handling internal/external calls and taking messages
  • Prepare corporate documents in MS Office Packages
  • Word processing and data entry for all Service Lines when required
  • Event planning and arranging catering for all internal events
  • Security pass control, arranging couriers and daily mail
  • Assisting with onboarding for new starters
  • General office administration duties including archiving, reconciliation of travel account and stock control

Who are we looking for?

This position will suit a professional who strives to exceed expectations, has initiative, confidence and is customer oriented. The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administration/support/customer-facing role 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to maintain a high standard of personal and workplace presentation
  • Ability to initially troubleshoot IT hardware including AV support, Wi-Fi, mobile devices and office equipment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to problem solve issues through to resolution
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities whilst maintaining composure
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Intermediate skill in MS Office packages
  • Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Friendly and a real team player
