Knight Frank Australia are excited and proud to be opening up an Expression of Interest recruitment campaign as we are actively growing our Occupier Services team in Brisbane and across all levels of seniority.

Laser focused on providing the highest and valuable service in the industry, we are looking for motivated individuals ready to take on the challenge.

You will be leveraging not only your relationship management skills but also your ability to add value to the conversation, drive new business and work collaboratively a wider high performing business line.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out systematic canvassing for new business & clients
  • Work on existing client projects to deliver excellent, practical, and commercially minded tenant advisory services whilst being guided by a high level of trust, integrity, teamwork and professionalism
  • Negotiate and secure leasehold premises for clients, both office and industrial
  • Undertake detailed financial comparison analysis and evaluationFoster strategic alliances, business partnerships and relationships to encourage cross-selling amongst departments of Knight Frank 
  • Develop strategies to increase the department's market share and improve profitability 

Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant experience in advisory, valuation, or leasing within commercial property (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Economics or Valuations (desirable)
  • Real estate registration/licence (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Strong ability to influence & negotiate
  • Knowledge and understanding of the commercial property market (desirable)
