The role:

Knight Frank Australia are excited to be recruiting for an Accounts Administrator who will working across a major national retail client.

Your primary responsibility, reporting to the National Portfolio Manager, will be to ensure that all reporting needs are met and maintained in accordance with the contract obligations.

This means you will have exceptional attention to detail with a keen interest in commercial real estate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the wider team with general financial queries including Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Coding of AP invoices
  • Liaising with external stakeholders for matters relating to AP
  • Updating the internal tenant systems with accurate information
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Provide assistance with month end reporting
  • Assist with running weekly & fortnightly AP payment reports

Who are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience within property/accounts administration
  • Management Reporting International experience (desirable)
  • Basic understanding of the commercial real estate industry
  • Degree in Accounting (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong customer service background and focus
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
