The role:

Due to an internal promotion, Knight Frank Australia are looking forward to having a new team member join our dedicated Marketing & Communications team.

Your role as a Brand Marketing Manager will be to provide marketing and communications expertise to our Agency and Occupier Strategy & Solutions service lines and teams to develop marketing initiatives in line with their respective strategies and the Australian business objectives.

This diverse role requires a marketing professional, adept in all elements of the marketing mix to drive and deliver service line strategy with the overarching objective of building the brand profile of the firm, harnessing and promoting our global resource and local full-service capability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Service Line Heads to develop & implement a marketing strategy & supporting annual calendar of activity
  • Develop initiatives across each client journey to drive brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and loyalty to the offering
  • Ensure all touchpoints (e.g. website, capability statements, social media etc) are up to date and reflect accurate information
  • Manage the launch of significant local and global publications and reports including liaising with PR and Research to determine launch approach
  • Brief and manage content projects with Creative Services team as required
  • Manage & execute large brand events (in person & virtual) and assist and support smaller brand events
  • Deliver comprehensive campaign / activity insight reports
  • Liaise with media buying agency and or PR agency to deliver bespoke marketing campaign recommendations and implement (as required)

Who we are looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Marketing
  • Tertiary qualified in the Marketing/Communications/Business discipline
  • Highly proficient across all marketing channels
  • Competent across digital tools, trends and technologies including but not limited to SEM, SEO, marketing automation (highly regarded).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure on multi-layered projects
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high use of initiative & creativity
  • High proficiency Microsoft Office suite
  • Financial / budget management skills
