The Role:

As a national team the HSSE unit provides support to the various service lines across Australia. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and develop within this role in order to pursue a career in quality management within the property sector.

As part of our Business Services team, you will, in liaison with the National Head of Health, Safety, Security and Environment, spear head the development and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) across the business, and champion its certification against ISO 9001 requirements. You will assist with the continued management and development of the necessary framework and software platforms to support the QMS operation in relation to international standards. This will include participating in the monitoring and review of performance via the performance of internal audits provision of accurate and comprehensive reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

  • ISO 9001 Auditor/Lead Auditor qualification.
  • A business or quality management related bachelor's degree.
  • Exposure to lean six sigma or similar business improvement methodology.
  • Minimum of 4 years Quality Management experience.
  • Awareness and understanding of general Quality Assurance practices.
  • Good working knowledge of AS ISO 9001:2016 Quality Management Systems Standard.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in a diverse collaborative environment
  • Strong IT skills i.e. MS Office etc
  • Good business analytical skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Experience within the property industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to understand software applications and interpret international standards
  • An understanding of Enterprise Risk Management would also be advantageous.
