The role: 

Working within a high-profile retail landlord, the Portfolio Coordinator will be the focal point in handling all general administrative duties as well as managing day to day finance expenditure/reconciliation. This role has national remit. 

You will have similar experience in team administration and working in a fast-paced environment where everyone is dedicated to providing a best-in-class service. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation with minimal instruction
  • Prepare and process internal and external accounts
  • Provide general administrative assistance
  • Prepare monthly expense reconciliations
  • Help with the team travel requirements including hotel, flights, car hire bookings
  • Maintain team's calendars, organise meetings and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements
  • Prepare monthly expense reconciliations for applicable buildings
  • Manage invoice distribution and account management
  • Complete tenant account reconciliations as required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Portfolio Team 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Relevant team administration experience in a corporate environment (Property Industrial experience preferred not essential)
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office suite knowledge
  • Forensic attention to detail
  • Effectively able to manage time and handle conflicting priorities
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work independently with minimal instructions
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
